Job Description
- Daily bookkeeping on accounting software, depending on the role
- Reconcile bank transactions daily, ensure the data on the accounting book is tally with the bank statements.
- Reconcile and control the company's monthly fixed expenses (utility, office rental, stationery, ...)
- Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role.
- Reconcile, summarize, and prepare quarterly VAT, yearly CIT declarations and make remittances for all kinds of tax
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/ Team Leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or higher
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Accountant
- Detail-oriented, highly focused, open-minded and well analytical
- Excel skill level intermediate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.0++ or TOEIC 750++
- Experience in Quickbooks accounting software is an advantage
- Experience in trading/ e-commerce companies is an advantage
